To maximise the uptime of your Brüel & Kjær product or system, we recommend that you purchase a Hardware Maintenance Agreement, to ensure the same high standards as new instruments enjoy.

After you purchase a Hardware Maintenance Agreement, we check that products perform to the latest standards, conduct preventative maintenance, and perform repairs whenever necessary.
 
The purchase of a Hardware Maintenance Agreement ensures an automatic extension of your existing warranty period by one year, eliminating unexpected repair costs. 

The maintenance is performed either on-site, or at a workshop authorised by Brüel & Kjær. 

To optimise uptime and minimise costs we recommend that you combine the Hardware Maintenance Agreement with a calibration service.
